Everything was very prompt. It was hassle free. No issues there. Since this is the first time I did such Puja and did not had any elder to guide us out, felt that lacking. Pandit Ji also refrained to give any advice and I was not asking as I was not sure that I will be able to meet those :) Overall good experience and I think it will take some time to adjust to such an experience.

This is the second time we have availed services of SmartPuja. This time too it was a very smooth and easy process. The SmartPuja team was also very prompt in responding to all my questions. I do have some feedback about your checklist 1. Asana - you said 1 for our seating. But one is also required for the pandits. You should encourage 2. 2. When havana happens, bricks are also required to be kept under the kund, else flooring can get damaged. You should add that also to your list for people to arrange.

Good platform, made it easy to book a puja. Communication on what we need to bring for the puja was shared to us few days before the puja, but after the booking. The description does not make it clear that we have to buy some items in preparation, but most items were easy to find.

We are worry in the beginning when I was booking the slot here because now days We saw many fraud things happening online but I called twice and investigate everything then I booked the pandit ji from here and even I paid the advance online and the payment gateway was also secure. This is a great app for getting your pooja done in Bangalore with the options of getting a North Indian, South Indian, Maharashtrian, etc. Pandits as per your preferences. The contact person Ms. Pooja with whom we had all the discussions & clarifications of our queries was great to talk to & she provided us with all the support & guidance as was sought.
