CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The Company reserves the right to accept a new registration on its website, https://www.smartpuja.com, and allow cancellation of service(s) purchased and may offer a refund for one or more of the services the registrant may have signed up for.
- ✔ Cancel ≥ 48 hours before Puja → Up to 50% refund
- ❌ Cancel < 48 hours before Puja → No refund
1. If a cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of the service, the registrant may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the booking amount only. The exact refund amount (maximum 50%) will be determined by the Company after deduction of applicable administrative and service preparation costs. No full (100%) refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation requests will be accepted only via email and must be sent to namaste@smartpuja.com.
4. If the service(s) were provided as part of a promotional offer, loyalty scheme, or any other benefit, the refund (if applicable) will be limited strictly to the actual amount paid by the registrant.
5. All refund requests must be made by the registrant using the same email address that was used at the time of registration and is recorded with the Company. Requests from any other email address will not be entertained.
6. Refund requests must include payment transaction details and any other information as specified by the Company from time to time, along with the reason for cancellation.
7. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (credit card, bank account, or other payment method used) within 15 days from the date the cancellation request is received.
8. In case a transaction is identified as fraudulent, the Company reserves the right to cancel the service(s) and issue a refund to the original payment source.
9. In case of a Puja booking, if the allotted Pandit Ji reaches the venue on time and the customer chooses not to proceed with the Puja for any reason, no refund will be provided.
10. A Puja booking may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. The rescheduling request must be sent at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
